We currently ship all orders using Evri or Royal Mail. At checkout, you can choose between two delivery options:

• Standard Shipping – £5
      Delivery within 2–3 business days
  
• Express Shipping – £8
      Delivery within 1–2 business days
  

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to external courier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address submissions.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
  

Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain accessories may be non-returnable. Limited edition or final sale items may also be excluded from returns.

To start a return, please contact our support team or follow the return process outlined in our Return Guidelines. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
